When the operator starts to process CNC parts, he should adjust the cutting speed to a very small speed, and execute it in a single section. He needs to concentrate on positioning, dropping and dropping the tool quickly. He should put his hand on the stop button. If there is any problem, stop immediately, pay attention to observation The movement position of the CNC blade is to ensure safe cutting, and then the cutting speed is gradually increased to an appropriate level. In addition, the CNC blade and workpiece should be added with refrigerant or cold air.
At first, it should not be far away from the operation panel during processing. If there is an abnormal situation, it will be shut down immediately for inspection. Pull the watch again after opening to make sure that the workpiece is not loose. If so, be sure to calibrate and touch again. In the production process, the processing parameters are continuously improved to achieve the best actual processing effect.
After the production and processing of the workpiece is completed, it should be measured whether its key specifications are consistent with the requirements of the engineering drawings. If there is any problem, immediately notify the work team leader or programmer to check and deal with it. Send to inspector for final inspection.
The common types of CNC parts processing are as follows:
1. Hole production and processing: Before drilling holes on the CNC machining center, the center drill must be used for positioning, and then the drill bit 0.5~2mm smaller than the size of the drawing should be replaced to drill with a suitable drill bit for deep processing.
2. Reaming production and processing: For the reaming production and processing of the workpiece, it is also necessary to first use the center drill for positioning, and then change the drill bit 0.3~0.5mm smaller than the size of the drawing to drill the hole, and then use the reamer to ream the hole. Pay attention to the reaming production and processing. Control the spindle bearing speed ratio within 70~180rpm/min.
3. Milling production and processing: To carry out the milling production and processing of the workpiece, first use the center drill to locate it, then change the drill bit 1~2mm smaller than the size of the drawing to drill the hole, and then use the rough boring tool (or turning tool) to produce and process until only one side is left. The remaining amount of machining is about 0.3mm, and then the fine boring tool with the pre-adjusted specifications is used to carry out fine boring, and the subsequent fine boring capacity cannot be less than 0.1mm.
4. Direct numerical control (DNC) operation: Before DNC numerical control machining, the workpiece should be clamped, the zero position should be set, and the main parameters should be set. Open the production and processing program flow to be transmitted in the computer for inspection, then let the computer enter the DNC state, and enter the file name of the correct production and processing program flow. Press the TAPE key and the program running key at the bedside of the processing equipment, and the word LSK will flash on the CNC lathe control panel at this time. Press the Enter keyboard on the computer to carry out DNC transmission processing.
