Recruitment Position：

• CNC technician

  +

  Qualification:

  1. Technical secondary school or above, major in machinery or mold is preferred;

  2. Familiar with CNC code, able to manually write processing program;

  3. Be familiar with CNC machine tool parameters and be able to use them accurately;

  4. Be familiar with the basic requirements of 3C product samples;

  5. Have a certain understanding of aluminum and plastic materials;

  6. Be able to solve the technical problems in processing independently;

  7. More than 2 years of experience in CNC machine tool adjustment and processing, experience in product proofing is preferred.

  Operating duty:

  1. Be responsible for completing the tasks assigned by the team leader on time and reporting the progress in time;

  2. According to the drawing requirements and processing technology, operate CNC machine tools to process qualified workpieces, mainly for product proofing;

  3. Spot check and maintain the equipment according to the equipment maintenance precautions;

  4. Consciously and strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the department and the company;

  5. Complete other work assigned by the superior.

• CNC programming

  +

  Qualification:

  1. College degree or above, major in mechanical or electromechanical related;

  2. CNC programming and numerical control operation;

  3. More than three years of relevant working experience;

  4. Be able to use CNC programming software, and understand Powermill and WorkNC better;

  5. Familiar with CNC machine tool operation (component manufacturing)

  6. Proficient in using office software; Have certain English reading and writing ability.

  7. Clear thinking and pioneering spirit;

  8. Strong communication ability and sense of responsibility, strong team cooperation ability, willing to share;

  Operating duty:

  1. Analyze on-site technical problems and quickly provide solutions;

  2. Carefully implement the quality inspection system;

  3. Ensure product quality and be responsible for processing quality;

  4. Independently complete the design, debugging, confirmation and review of special cargo processing template program;

  5. Development of new product jigs and tools, verification of programming, and assessment of potential risks;

  6. Be responsible for the evaluation of the new process, collect data and complete the performance test verification report of raw materials, auxiliary materials, fixtures, etc;

  7. Continuously optimize the processing program template to improve reliability, reduce cycle time and reduce costs;

  8. Communicate with the front and rear production units for improvement, review customer complaints, and improve quality to meet customer needs.

• Project Engineer

  +

  Qualification:

  1. College degree or above, major in engineering

  2. More than two years of product or project related work experience

  3. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, especially those who understand a second language

  4. Able to work under pressure and work carefully

  5. Good team spirit and communication and coordination ability

  Operating duty:

  1. Be responsible for the operation, tracking and implementation of the project assigned by the department manager.

  2. Responsible for the investigation and research of relevant products

  3. Put forward suggestions, formulate and negotiate with relevant parties on behalf of the company and departments to determine the design scheme or plan objectives.

  4. Apply new technologies to problem solutions.

  5. Control and ensure necessary R&D steps.

  6. Formulate and prepare technical documents necessary for relevant approval work.

  7. Support in the manufacture, inspection and/or commissioning of tooling equipment.

  8. Provide support for production and be responsible for sample production.

  9. Be responsible for making progress plan and tracking.

  10. Be responsible for the promotion of work at all stages of the project and the handling of problems;
